Eric KOUAM is the Consulting Director and one of the Founders of QUALISYS Consulting (A Management and IT Consulting firm based in Senegal, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Togo, Mauritius, and the USA ). He is an experienced professional in Enterprise / IT Architecture, Business Processes Improvement, and Digital Transformation. He works in complex and challenging environments with diverse teams to design, establish, and improve processes for achieving business objectives. With diverse experience in various frameworks and standards, including Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, TOGAF, BABOK, PMBOK and many ISO Standards. He has more than 18 years of experience with more than 10 as ICT and Management Consultant in Corporate and ICT Governance Implementation, ICT Strategy Development, Business Processes Analysis, ICT Project Management Implementation, IT service Management and Functions restructuring, Information security and Risk Management Governance and ICT Capacity building.
He has various work experiences in more than twenty-five African countries (West, Central, East, Southern, Northern), in Europe (France, Netherland, Belgium), Asia (Saudi Arabia, EAU, India), and the US.
In Africa he has been involved in very important organizational and IT/Digital reform or transformation programs for many key sectors: International Development Institutions, Financial Institutions, Public Financial and Revenue Authorities Organizations, Public Services and Local Governments, Electoral Commissions, Trade Facilitation Programs, Oil and Gas, Utilities and others Industries.
He is a holder of 3 Masters (A Master degree in Information System, A Master in Econometric and Statistic, and a Master in Business Administration and he is accredited of many international certifications like :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Professional) by PMI;
