Engr Atef Helmy, fmr Minister of ICT, Egypt, Chairman of the General Assembly of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy led a high-level delegation to inaugurate the China-Arab Digital Economy Office in Hangzhou, China.
The Office is expected to connect technology and investment between the Arab world and China.
